Spinning
Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organized sport, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Using boxing-inspired group fitness classes, we bring you a high energy, addictive workout in a fully immersive, purpose-built studio.
Meta Fit
Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

DO I HAVE TO MAKE A BOOKING TO ATTEND A CLASS?
Some of our classes do require bookings due to limited space. Please enquire at reception.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes, we do have contracts in place when you join, you can choose between monthly or yearly.
